use the online expense manager to: 1) make any changes to a transaction
to split the cost across multiple cost centers or G/L
codes; 2) reassign a transaction to
a different cost center or G/L code; and/or 3)
validate the purchase and cost. Your managers can review
these changes and ensure your cardholders are validating
their transactions.
